Job Title: Account Executive – Finance & Accounts
Location: Ahmedabad
Reports To: Manager - Finance & Accounts

Job Summary:
Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including invoicing, purchase/sales processing, inventory control, reconciliation, and reporting. Ensure accurate financial records, timely transactions, and support revenue collection.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inventory Management: Review backflushing reports, resolve inventory issues, post adjustments, and track material usage.
  2. LCT / Freight Allocation: Record container LCTs and allocate freight/tariff details for incoming shipments.
  3. Purchase & Accounts Payable: Reconcile GRNs, verify PO details, post AP invoices, and report discrepancies.
  4. Sales & Accounts Receivable: Post customer orders and invoices, process credit notes, reconcile payments, and calculate gross margins.
  5. Reporting & MIS: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, bank reconciliations, and dispatch reviews.
  6. General Duties: Ensure accurate data entry, support ad-hoc reporting, and maintain compliance with internal controls.
Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Master's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
  2. 2–3 years of accounting/finance experience (inventory, purchase, or sales accounting preferred).
  3. Proficient in Tally Prime, MS Excel.
  4. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  6. Proficient in English communication (written and verbal).
