Job Overview
The Sr. Associate - Creative Planning will support the Project planning, execution, and delivery of creative
projects across the Digital Marketing team. This role acts as a central coordination point between
Marketing, Brand, Content & Copy, and Design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within
scope, and with high quality. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable
managing creative workflows using tools like Jira.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Workflow Coordination
• Manage end-to-end creative project workflows from brief intake to final delivery.
• Build and maintain project timelines, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• Ensure alignment across Marketing, Brand, Content, and Design teams on deliverables.
• Monitor team bandwidth and resource allocation to support timely execution.
Jira & Process Optimization
• Create, manage, and track creative projects using Jira boards.
• Ensure teams follow defined workflows and project management best practices.
• Maintain dashboards and reports to track progress, timelines, and bottlenecks.
• Continuously improve Jira processes and configurations for better efficiency and visibility.
• Maintain weekly/monthly reports for track performance and improvement areas.
Creative Production Support
• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming creative requests.
• Support the creation and clarity of creative briefs to enable smooth execution.
• Manage feedback and approval cycles to ensure timely stakeholder sign-offs.
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency and basic quality checks across deliverables.
Collaboration & Communication
• Bridge the gap between stakeholders and creative teams by translating requirements into
actionable tasks.
• Assist in Brand research and competition study.
• Lead regular status check-ins and project updates.
• Proactively communicate risks, delays, and dependencies.
• Support retrospectives and process improvements to enhance team performance.
Qualifications & Skills
• 3+ years of experience in project management within a creative, digital marketing, or agency
environment.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for managing workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with design, content, and marketing teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
