Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Marketplace PPC to scale our paid advertising efforts across Amazon and other marketplaces. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving efficiency, and managing end-to-end PPC strategy, execution, and performance optimization across platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage end-to-end PPC strategy and execution across Amazon and other marketplaces such as Wayfair and Walmart.
  • Drive revenue growth and improve TACOS/ACOS through continuous campaign optimization, bid strategies, and budget allocation.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research, search term mining, and campaign restructuring to improve performance and scale efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Manage and allocate PPC budgets effectively to maximize ROI while supporting business growth targets.
  • Lead new product launches from a PPC perspective, including keyword planning, campaign structuring, and scaling strategy.
  • Perform competitor analysis, monitor category trends, and identify opportunities to improve share and visibility.
  • Collaborate with content, catalog, and marketplace teams to improve overall listing performance and conversion rates.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability of PPC operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Ads ecosystem, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP (preferred).
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns while maintaining efficiency and improving ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Advertising Console, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience managing multi-marketplace advertising (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of marketplace SEO and its impact on PPC performance.
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
  • Experience handling large budgets and multiple product categories.
  • Experience working in high-growth eCommerce environments.
