Product & Market Research Intern
Location: Gurugram, India
Position Type: Internship
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Product & Market Research Intern to support our B2C and B2B Product Growth teams. The ideal candidate is an original thinker with exceptional analytical depth, capable of uncovering deep insights that will shape our brand and product strategies. This role is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact repositioning projects for four distinct brands
Key Responsibilities
    • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer segments for our B2C and B2B brands.
    • Customer Insights: Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities.
    • Product Strategy Support: Support the Senior Product Managers in developing product roadmaps and defining new features by providing data-driven recommendations
    • Data Analysis: Analyze product and marketing data to identify trends, measure the impact of new initiatives, and support A/B testing
    • Reporting: Prepare and present research findings and strategic recommendations to the product leadership team.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
• Bachelor's degree from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).
• Demonstrated ability as an original thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A genuine passion for product management, brand strategy, and understanding customer behavior.
• Preferred: Prior internship experience in a related field (e.g., product management, consulting, market research) and familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
